At the current time
we are unable to take reservations online. However, you may make
reservations over the phone, via fax, or by mail. We accept credit/debit
cards ($5 processing fee applies) over the phone
only or you may mail in a personal check to confirm the reservation.
We require as a deposit $15 per stall, $5 per campsite, and $50
per reservation in advance. This prepays your stall fee. The campsite
and reservation fee will be deducted from your total balance due
upon arrival.
If you would like
to phone, fax, or email us your reservation requests we will be
glad to hold these reservations for 1 week. If your deposit has
not been received in the time allowed your reservations will be
forfeited and the stalls and/or campsites will be available for
someone else to reserve.
As a courtesy to
those who would like to visit us again the following year we hold
your current reservations for the length of the ride you have
reserved for. If you have not renewed your reservations by the
end of the event, the reservation will then be available for someone
else.
PLEASE
NOTE: IF YOU DON'T RENEW YOUR RESERVATIONS BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND
THEN MAIL OUT A DEPOSIT THE DAY AFTER YOU GET BACK HOME, IT WILL
PROBABLY BE TOO LATE FOR YOU TO GET THE SAME STALLS AND CAMPSITE
THAT YOU HAD RESERVED! THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE IN AUGUST AND OCTOBER!
So,
if you plan to renew your reservations again for the following
year, you should probably do so at the time you check in for the
week. Most people get busy or just forget to come back later in
the week. Our offices are not open on Saturday morning so usually
Friday evening is the last chance you get to make reservations
before you leave!
